For me, investing in women means making them stronger, making them aware that their health is of utmost importance. They have to realize that a tree can flower and bear fruits only if the trunk is healthy, not termite-ridden. Taking care of themselves first is the only way towards true empowerment.

 Also, ‘Inspire inclusion” is the campaign theme for Women’s Day. Let us celebrate International Women’s Day by extending our deepest gratitude to all the remarkable women in our lives—who continue to inspire us every day and remain steadfast in tough times. Embrace womanhood and womanly problems with pride and stress upon diversity inclusion in all workplaces.
